La Cuisine de Rose
On the ground floor of Maison Heler, La Cuisine de Rose welcomes those who love simple and well-made moments. In its pink setting designed by Philippe Starck, the brasserie reveals delicate, local and seasonal cuisine.
From breakfast to dinner, in the dining room or in the garden, you can share authentic dishes, a morning coffee or a tea time in the late afternoon.
At the Bar de Rose, homemade cocktails, bubbles and seasonal fruits prolong the sweetness.
An address to meet again - loved ones, colleagues, travelers - and enjoy cuisine that speaks to the heart as well as to the palate.
Open every day.

Manfred's New Year's Eve
For the transition to 2026, Manfred is doing what he knows best: inviting people to travel without leaving home.
An exclusive menu at €135 composed as a series of elegant stopovers, combining distant memories and spontaneous inspirations.
Starting at 19:30 p.m., DJ set, cozy, quirky atmosphere, and Metz sparkling before your eyes from the 9th floor — an almost unreal setting, just enough to feel that the night counts.
A New Year's Eve for those who love evenings with character, rhythm and that little surreal touch specific to Manfred's House.
Tuesday, December 31 — By reservation only.

The 4 Hours of Manfred
Every day, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., Manfred's House opens its doors like opening a travel journal.
The 4 Hours is a delicate appointment: homemade pastries, seasonal sweets, hot drinks, and that afternoon light that makes everything quieter.
A chic, simple, generous snack — a sweet escape in a place where you can breathe, dream, slow down without apologising.
A suspended moment, without reservation, for those who still know how to savor snack time.
Every day, from 16:00 to 18:00 — no reservation required.
YOUR EVENT IN A LIVEABLE WORK OF ART
The Manfred House is a suspended place on the top floor between dream and reality, ideal for your private or professional events.
Designed by Philippe Starck, this space on the 9th floor offers one of the most spectacular views of Metz, Saint-Étienne Cathedral and the Pompidou-Metz Center.
Between its stained glass windows signed by Ara Starck, its natural woodwork and its unique rooftop, each event becomes a poetic scene where gastronomy and emotion meet.

MAISON HELER METZ — A DREAM SIGNED BY PHILIPPE STARCK
Designed by Philippe Starck, Maison Heler Metz is a hotel born from a dream: that of a Lorraine house perched on a black monolith, floating between heaven and earth. Inspired by the story The Meticulous Life by Manfred Heler, this extraordinary place combines poetry, design and contemporary hospitality.
In the heart of the Amphitheater district, a stone's throw from the Pompidou-Metz Center, the hotel offers 104 rooms and suites, designed as cocoons of inspiration and emotion. Each space extends the universe of Manfred Heler in a refined staging where matter, light and the imaginary interact harmoniously.
Two iconic restaurants punctuate the experience: La Cuisine de Rose, a chic and romantic brasserie overlooking the garden, and La Maison de Manfred, a restaurant perched on the ninth floor, offering a spectacular view of Metz. The bars in Rose and Manfred, for their part, celebrate the art of cocktails as a tribute to creativity and sharing.
Between art and emotion, Maison Heler Metz is much more than a hotel: a living work, an invitation to dream awake.
